The Heart Of New Hampshire

the heart of New Hampshire

If you ask what makes us different from other resorts, you’ll likely hear the term “In the heart of New Hampshire.” But what exactly does that mean? We like to say it’s our location, in the geographic center of the state, affording us easy access to New Hampshire’s bountiful activities: Hiking in the nearby White Mountains, ice skating in close by rinks and ponds, ice fishing within minutes on Squam Lake or Lake Winnipesaukee, outlet shopping only 20 minutes away and of course all the incredible skiing at nearby resorts such as Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, Gunstock and Bretton Woods.

But what you’ll hear from our owners and guests is more than that. They’ll often refer to the friendly, knowledgeable staff; how with each visit they’re met with good, old fashioned New England hospitality; by people who know the area because they grew up here. We’re well aware that we’re a second home to many (for some, a second home for decades), so it’s only natural to treat our owners and guests as if they’ve come home. It’s at the heart of what we do and how we treat family.

We invite you to find out more about the perks of ownership here at Cold Spring. Nothing would please us more than including you as part of our family here in the heart of New Hampshire.
