Springhouse - Offered from $1,500
Spacious comfort and quiet seclusion best describe our Springhouse townhouses. Offset from the rest of the resort, but still within walking distance of all the on-site recreation offerings, including the White Mountain Country Club, you’ll enjoy 1000 square feet of living space in the form of a living room, two bedrooms and loft, kitchen and deck. Each unit is air-conditioned and will sleep up to 8 people. Fully-equipped kitchen includes self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Lodge - Offered from $1,000
Our smallest units do not compromise in comfort or convenience. The Lodge is located next to the clubhouse at the White Mountain Country Club and is perfect for a couple visiting for a romantic weekend or for small families looking to explore central NH and our on-site recreation offerings. The fully furnished, air conditioned interior offers a living room, kitchen and loft bedroom. Unit will sleep up to 5 people. Fully-equipped kitchen includes self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator and dishwasher. On-site recreation is just a short walk away.
Reach - Offered from $1,500
Popular with golfers, our Reach units offer stunning views of the on-site White Mountain Country Club golf course. Cheer on golfers from your deck while enjoying the spacious, 1000 square feet of living space in the form of a living room, two bedrooms and loft, kitchen and deck. Each unit is air-conditioned and will sleep up to 8 people. Fully-equipped kitchen includes self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Ropewalk East - Offered from $1,200
Our most secluded units offer comfort and privacy as well as views from the rear, screened in porch of the White Mountain Country Club’s 10th fairway. The fully furnished, air conditioned interior offers over 1000 square feet of living space in the form of a living room, two bedrooms and loft, kitchen and deck. Unit will sleep up to 8 people. Fully-equipped kitchen includes self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Ropewalk - Offered from $1,500
All of our on-site recreation is just steps away from Ropewalk duplex units, including playground, tennis courts, indoor & outdoor pools and recreation center. Surrounded by pine trees, these units offer over 1000 square feet of living space in the form of a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and deck. Each unit is air conditioned unit will sleep up to 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen includes self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
All sleep 8 units have a maintenance fee of $853.00 per year, which is billed 1/2 each March and the second 1/2 each September. Sleep 6 fees are $700.00 per year; sleep 4 fees are $635.00 with similar billing.
